Careers in Vegas

Hello everyone, I am 20m looking for some ideas/tips for pursuing a career in this city. I lived in Vegas (East Side) my whole life. I had excellent grades in HS (nearly straight A's) and graduated a year early to begin the workforce (Amazon) the moment I turned 18 (currently making $19.35/h). I live with my parents and pay minimal bills (car insurance and phone). I don't really spend my money or go out and I've mainly been saving up and figuring out what I'm going to do with my life.

It's been a struggle figuring out what career to pursue. My first thought was to apply for the electrician union IBEW 357 but have not seen applications open? I also looked into electrician trade schools but they seem "scammy" to me.

As of right now, I have enrolled for CSN but haven't met with an advisor to choose a major/classes. Looking through the areas of study list at CSN, there are a few that interest me.

Computing and Engineering Technologies - IT, Cyber Security, CS, Software Development, etc. (Probably my #1 interest on this list but not set in stone) ^ I've seen mixed answers about tech jobs in Vegas, some saying employers underpay, some say only to go for remote work, and some with niche jobs that pay well.

Health Science - Nursing ^ Not too aware of the pay in Vegas but seems like a solid and strong career. I know the schooling will be long and probably put me in debt but I am willing to put in the work.

Business Degree - Seems interesting to me but not familiar with the job options

Other - maybe there are some other options out there I don't know of that don't involve years of schooling?

Honestly, I'm not even sure about the whole college thing. Sad to say, but the education system seems to be joked about in this state.

This post seems pretty desperate, I guess I've just been stuck with the monotonous clock in, clock out, home, sleep, wake up life and I just want to get my life started. To those of you who are making decent money and or happy with your careers in Vegas, what do you do and what steps did you take?
