Delivery charge refund and reimbursement of return costs?
I am based in Scotland.
I bought a set of gloves online, I paid £5.95 for delivery, decided to return them as they did not fit, the company has deducted the cost of delivery from the refund, is this legal? I have seen mixed and confusing answers online.
Additionally, I have returned the items at cost to myself (£4.99) (the company does not provide free returns), can I claim this cost back aswell?
