hi and all the love to our neighbors in libya .im an algerian mechanical engineer and recently I was thinking about moving to libya and open a mecanic repair and tuning garage with a International standard's so what i want to know is libya a good place to invest my knowledge not to mention i have this type of service here in algeria and its successful garage .
