LPT: don't use windows scaling on 1440p screens, only change text size

A lot of windows users use 125% scaling on 1440p 27" screens because otherwise the text would be too small for them to read. But this effectively gives you less working space on the screen.

Better way is to use 100% scale and change text size to ~120% from Settings ->Accessibility -> Text size. This gives you the best of both worlds. The same can also be applied to small laptop screens
