Has anyone moved from Boeing?

Thinking of applying as an ordinance tech at a base here local to me. I’ve been an AMT at Boeing for about 5 years now and sick of the day to day. They hire anyone and everyone that applies which really puts us good workers to get relied of to make schedule while others just sit and play on their phone. My question is I’ll be maxed out here in the union in 11mo making $65/hr and shortly after that going up to $75/hr. The job I’m thinking of applying for says the high range is $43 starting, which is ok, but what do pay raises and bonuses look like once hired? Also healthcare good?
