After over two years of financially supporting this game, I think I'm finally done. Here's why. (Also, here are my decks that I've used to get to Infinite month after month! Someone put them to good use!)
It's come to the point where I feel like I am falling asleep and waking to Marvel Snap. This is no longer a game, it has become a chore to collect 25 credits and 25 gold. Instead of throwing me 75 credits once a day, this game demands that I visit it at night and before I get out of bed. No game deserves that sort of priority; in my life, at least.
I have a strange love for Pixel variants. Every time one popped up in the shop, I made it a priority to purchase them. I have been three Pixels short of completing one album for over a year now. Pixels have been neglected and I'm sick of checking the shop only to be disappointed. (And no, it's not because there are 1000 variants. I have seen the Remember Wolverine variant over 10 times since I've seen another Pixel.) If the goal is to get me to sign in to check, it has worked in the past. It worked for a long time. It will work no more.
I slave to get enough tokens only to get one card. This game charges $10 for one Season Pass card, then values their other cards at approximately $100. This game has wonderful mechanics, but the trickling of one card a week, I've realized, just doesn't do it for me anymore. Marvel Snap has made me realize how exciting a set of cards dropping once every few months actually is.
With that said, here are my most cherished decks that have absolutely ran through any meta opposition that I've encountered. I hope others find them unique, fun, and a breath of fresh air.
People don't expect Cannonball, and the Havok/Thena in an Ironman lane is just wild.
With that said, I will be leaving Snap and we all know that if you miss a month of this insidiously toxic piece of shit, you will be so far behind that you'll just leave again.
Snap, you are a fantastic idea led by a not-so-fantastic team.
