2016 Kia Sorento 2.4L Valve Cover Replacement - "Broken Bolt"

Ok, So as the subject says, was putting the bolts back in and snapped off one, my fault! so i tried to drill it out and use and extractor but it just tore the bolt up more and more i would catch and feel like its coming out but was really just tearing it up..
My thought its to drill it out and just re-thread? I wanted to check here first to see if i had any other options. All other bolts are find its just this one.
