Property has no value when you’re poor

Over the years, I’ve witnessed repeated acts of state violence and displacement targeting historic homes: in Casablanca, El Jadida, Tangier, Asilah, and the list goes on. These actions not only erase the history of that place but also disrupt the lives of those connected to these spaces. What are your thoughts on this ongoing issue ?
