Christmas and New Year in Moroco

Hi, I am going to spend Christmas and New Year in Morocco. I will be landing in Agadir, where I would like to try surfing for a few days. Is that even possible in December? I'd also like to spend Christmas on a trip to the desert with the Bedouins, but would love to get some tips here
