So for a 9 to 5 job i have to pay 30 dirhams per day JUST FOR THE PARKING !!

30*24=720 dh Like in what world 720dh per month just for parking is normal in a country that their SMIC is 2500Dh its like 1/3 of the salary of a SMIC .
