Is 71 pass accuracy good enough on a SF/PF?

Just what the title says I’m seeing if 71 pass accuracy would be enough on a 6’10 SF/PF. Lowering it from 75 would give me some room to put up more of my physicals and get silver interceptor so if it’s worth doing and is still able to pass good let me know
