What REP level are you at?

I just hit Starter 4 about hour ago, it's not best but it's my first year in The City, so I didn't know about it and joined affiliation about 3-4 weeks after I started play ( day 1). Also I didn't know till today all games in The City 2x REP event works for the REC as well if you buy some clothes from that small shop by the road during event. I play just rec so I don't grind other events. Also, I'm Elite affiliation.. 😂 What REP level are you all at? Is my Starter 4 okay with my circumstances?
