Is Ekdev Limbu's song "Jhim Jhimaune Ankha" really inspired from Kesari movie song "Ve Maahi" ?

I heard this song on YouTube today for the first time and loved its music and video, but a comment claimed it was a copy of Ve Maahi from Kesari. To my surprise, after listening to Ve Maahi, the tunes did seem quite similar. What do you think?
