Daily Journal - Day 2

Today is day 2 since relapse. The urges throughout today were nonexistent. I had a great day today without porn. I was able to enjoy peace of mind without any distractions. My life is better without porn. I have realized that without porn, you have a better mood, more motivation, a clear mind, plus much more. Porn is a poison. It corrupts you from the inside until there is not much left. Don't let that happen to you. Porn is never worth it. It will destroy your mind, relationships, and self-esteem. I have faith in myself and others that we will break this addiction to its core. I will not be controlled by porn. I will win this fight.
