Do people actually wake up feeling rested and ready to get up?

Silly question but honestly, it doesn’t matter if I have 5 hours sleep or 10 hours sleep I will always wake up feeling like I’ve barely slept and could instantly fall back asleep. I never have any energy and when I’m up and getting ready I’ll always have a headache for the first hour or so of the morning. I’ve tried to sleep and naturally let me body wake up but even then, it’s just my mind that wakes up but I could literally sleep all day if I had the chance and still feel not fully rested. So I’m just wondering if people actually wake up feeling rested and ready to get up and going?
