Who's "winning" the war in Ukraine?

Just as the title says.. i got into a discussion with a co-worker, and it made me curious. As of today's date, who's winning the war in Ukraine? Russia or the Hometeam? And yes, i know winning is a subjective term, i guess what im asking is, who has suffered less casualties, gained more ground and achieved more of their goals since Russia invaded? I have been keeping tabs on the war and have seen some gruesome things but have heard conflicting reports..
