Early red flags for a class?

Curious to see what you guys think are early warning signs a class might be miserable. A few for me are:

• professor refuses to make any sort of study guides for exams
• assigned into random groups you must work with for entirety of semester
• recitations led by …less than stellar TAs
• homework assignments on website owned by textbook company
