New BPI App: No applied billers

Hi. I was trying to pay my BPI CC bill through the BPI app today, but every time I click "Pay card" (and even "Pay full amount" and "Pay bills"), it says "No enrolled billers." This wasn't like this before. I've paid my cc and bills without issues using the app.

Is this a bug?
