NFS: PAYBACK Downloaded from fitgirl repacks missing the DLCs

The game is the deluxe edition + all the dlc, in game there are the deluxe edition cars but not the dlc ones like the alfa for example. Are the dlcs somewhere else and i have to install them separately? Or maybe i can find them somewhere else? Please lmk if i did something wrong because there was no problem with the installation of the game and i would really appreciate some help
