I bought Plants Vs. Zombies Battle for Neighborville and it's just stuck on the title screen

I just bought the game and tried loading it up when it finished downloading on the PS5. But for some reason, it doesn't want to start. It just stays on the title screen, the one with the plants defending the house from the zombies classic pvz style. It says '[My username] is connecting to the EA servers' but this has been going on for nearly an hour. What do I do here?
