What now?

I got my first negative HPV test since this all started! I had previously had CIN 3, a LEEP with clear margins, six months follow up pap said ASC-H which ended up being CIN 1 that had come back, still HR HPV positive, and benign metaplastic tuboendometriod cells. I just had my year post LEEP pap, I haven't gotten my pap results back yet but my HPV test was negative. Does dysplasia heal without HPV presence? Will I need another colposcopy if I have an abnormal pap? I know there's the weird cells from scar tissue and that might give me an abnormal pap result still... I really don't want anymore colposcopies...
