How can I fix this?

I am trying to print tank tracks, this is default PETG settings on QIDI X plus 3 printer, but I get the same problem with PLA with PLA settings. The rest of the figure is nice except the surface on which it rests during printing, which is badly ruined (see pic). No matter which side I print it on, the one that is at the bottom and rests on supports gets garbled. For supports I am using default QIDI slicer supports plus brim. Any thoughts how to improve this?
