Accountant is out of business is my Online subscription through them is expired.

My Quickbooks online subscription was through my accountant.  Apparantly they have gone out of business and their phone is disconnected. 

I'm getting a message saying, "Your subscription has expired"

Support says there is nothing they can do. They are saying I have to just start a whole new company from scratch.  At best I could export all my data to a desktop version and then back to the online version (since there is no export of online to online).  This seems ridiculously time consuming.

There has to be a way to remove me from their wholesale billing account so that I can pay for my own subscription, no?
