the billionaire's wake-up-call girl, does it get better?

I started reading this book a few days ago because it was suggested on here. As you know after >! the first few calls they practically have phone sex and I seriously didn't like that. It was disturbing because he just went into it and like, yeah we know who is she and it's not actually her job but he doesn't know that. It's creepy. !< So anyway does it get better or is the dynamic always weird/creepy? (I hope the spoilee tag worked I'm on mobile)
