Mix of Medazepam and Hyoscine Butylbromide actually works
I am from Turkey and here there is a medicine called tranko-buskas which is mix of 10 mg Medazepam and 10 mg Hyoscine Butylbromide. It is prescribed for chronic bowel problems and it actually decreases 80 percent of the symptoms when used. The problem is doctors only prescribe it for 2 weeks before a break because they think it might cause addiction. Hyoscine Butylbromide isn't much effective when used alone. I think Medazepam improves MMC and that's why it works. I have tryed a lot of things and so far this was the best working one. I have made some research about Medazepam use for SIBO and didn't find much results so I wonder yours opinions about this.
