I got scammed I need help

Hello I need someone to help me out someone stole my mail and logged me off and changed everything from it I can no longer access it, I have proofs of it and now he is asking me 100$ to give me my mail back but it's not possible for me (it's month worth of salary for me) So I beg anyone 🙏 please help me
