I think my sister is getting scammed

My sister has started doing online work for something called Siliconmint. She did not explain it well enough for me to understand but something about putting a deposit and receiving tasks, something to do with rating apps. However she's been asked to put more and and more money in order to finish these "tasks" and be able to withdraw the money. She said that she already received a small amount. Supposedly she has a "mentor" that helped her. Does anyone know if this is legit or a scam? And have you heard of this specific company?
