Random produce in my house?

So for the past few days, I’ve been noticing that there is random fruit and vegetables seeming to appear in my sims house. Literally everywhere - the dining table, any coffee tables, bedside tables.

Where is it coming from?? I’ve googled but the only other post I could find it was because of the pets DLC and I don’t play that

It’s literally driving me mad
