Sims problem, does anyone know how to solve it???

Lately I get sims like this. In life mode everything is fine, although the options appear buggy to me, as well as in the photo. And when I move to another world sometimes it goes blank and I have to leave.

The build mode comes out as in the photo, bugged. Does anyone know how to repair it? I have already tried clicking “repair”. I have some clothing and hairstyle mods in there. Do you know how I can solve it? Thank you so much.
