Calculating WEP Repeal

Greetings. About calculating the new SS benefit after repeal of WEP. I was originally told my benefit would be $1464 per month. Then the rep reduced that by half due to WEP. So, is it correct for me to project that the repeal will move monthly payments back up to the same original figure? Thanks.
