What crystals to use to get new job?

Hi everyone, i'm looking for suggestions on what crystals I can use to find a new job.

Some context: - I hate my current job because I can't learn much, it is pretty much a dead-end job. In the past 2 years I could tolerate it because I was working from home but now I'm forced to return to office - what I want: a fully remote job because I want to spend time at home with my dog. Also open to getting an office job if the office allows dogs. - what I have been doing for the past two years: -- applying for jobs -- attempting to learn new skills but this has not worked out because i dont seem to have the ability to focus or pesevere anymore. It's weird because I used to be super focused once I set my mind to something -- using crystals to meditate and to bring in good energy. I have been using moldavite, citrine, pyrite, green aventurine, hematite, clear quartz and black tourmaline.

I'm wondering if these crystals are not helpful for finding a new job or if there are other crystals I should consider using?
