Unknown Specimen 5 "Lisa" is infuriating

I adore her design and she isnt hard to get away from all you need to do is look at her and run but where my gripe is with Lisa is her ability to freeze the room you are on and that is a cool concept but I dont know if it is just me having the worst luck BUT EVERY endless I do I always encounter them without fail.
