Players invisible, chat invisible

HELP! IMPORTANT!

I have an occurring problem That’s been going on since the new Friesians came out. Since then I’ve been having huge problems with the game where I log in, yet all the players are invisible (I don’t see anyone), chat is invisible as well and global high scores don’t appear. I can roam in the game and I appear as online,but I don’t see anyone, I don’t see the chat either. All other MMORPG game work PERFECTLY. I have contacted star stable and as always, their customer service is super helpful. They ask for a lot of useless things, just so in the end they say the computer is not compatible, when it’s a performing gaming pc and only SSO has this problem, all other MORE demanding games work just perfect.
