Pimple Destroyer Sub? Recs?

I don't usually get pimples or acne. But my skin is a baby. Recently, I was feeling extra so I put strawberry mask on it. While the rest of skin look soft and everything, I have pimple next to my nose. Yeah.

Using Vakant's glass skin and V1PER's pimple patch. I want this mf gone as soon as possible. Any other sub recs??
