How do I play B3313?

Hey.

I have been trying to emulate this ROM of Mario 64 but there's so many things that I don't know anything about on the emulating part. I watched this video of one of the developers:

I'm guessing the recommended emulator that they share in the page is Luna's Project 64, and then there's the ROM (I think) "b3313_abandoned.bps", but what do I do with the "patch" "FLIPS"?

Anybody can share the simple steps on how to get the game to run please?
