Unbanned from Hinge!

Hello.

So I was banned from Hinge a about a week ago. It started with me not receiving any likes, messages and purchases would say billing error. Then few days later I got banned. Went onto my app and said 'you have been banned' I forgot to take a screen shot of that.

I was able to appeal directly from the app, which I did. Genuinely stated my concern for being banned as I had no idea why, I received an email within 24 hours from support asking to upload supporting document (proof of who I am), appeal was approved and was unbanned within 12 hours.

Don't know if this was a case of shadow ban or not.

So glad because Hinge is generally a good app
