Tinder Plus Subscription Refunded Without Asking

Last night, tinder asked me to verify my account, things were fine for a moment and then I noticed this morning that my subscription was refunded. I was on auto-renew every 6 months. Now I see the same carousel of people. I have contacted support via email. I was wondering if anyone encountered this and whether they have had any do's, don'ts or tips. I'm currently traveling at the moment and I'm using passport and haven't had time to respond to most matches. I was wondering maybe this was the issue, they might think I'm a bot. Also I have an old subscription, I get 5 super likes a day, I'm not sure if this is a way for them to kick me out of what is now a good value subscription.
