Getting new phone due to tinder/hinge ban . Best way to set this up for success?

Have been banned from hinge for like a year and got banned on tinder yesterday..

Deciding to upgrade to new iPhone. What is best way to set up new accounts? 1) Do I need a new Apple ID? I wouldn’t want to lose contacts/important info from old Apple ID 2) do I need to still create accounts with new #? Google voice?

Any more info?
