Confused about negative reviews of Alpian Bank

Hi, I was planning to store some money in Alpian bank due to the interest rate benefit (0.5%) vs IBKR for my house downpayment. I will need to pay the down payment in a few months.

However, after reading the reviews of the bank on Google reviews, I am really confused. It seems like they have a terrible rating, and people even mentioned that their account and money got locked with no way to unblock it for a while.

Does anyone have experience about this bank? Or any other alternatives for parking 200k CHF with some reasonable interest rate for a few months.
