How to Freyna in Special Operations (Fortress)?

As title states. I've tried watching Freynas and looking at videos online, but everyone seems to be in the loop and I'm not. I'm just confused on how it's done exactly. I want to be an efficient and good Freyna, but I'm not sure how.
