Who had the best character development??

In my opinion, i think caroline and klaus had the best character development in the whole TVDU Universe.

-> Caroline was really annoying when she was a human. But after she became vampire, she was just a whole new person. It was like she was born to be a vampire.

-> Klaus went from an evil villain who made mystic falls lives a living hell in TVD, but changed for his daughter and became a great father, a side which we had never expected 🤎
