Advance pay question

This question is to any hotshot S1 warriors currently in.

I PCS'd two weeks and requested advance pay during my outbound interview to help cover the expenses of.... whatever bs I told them.

I called my last amin chief to ask about it because i havent seen ot come thru, and told me advance pay is not a thing anymore, but my buddy told me that to his knowledge, it's still on (also S1)

Can anyone confirm which is accurate? Haven't been able to look up any messages regarding it. Thank you
