Best Charachter for a really bad player

Hello, i'm in a social group of 5 and we are getting into valorant at the minute. The problem is one of us is really bad (0.04 KD bad) and its quite hard to win when we play. I was just wanting to know what charachter you all would think is best for them to use in order to help the team the most? They rarely get their Alt so something with helpful R3 stuff ideally (we play on PS5).
