Detour on 11 Bus Route?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the 11 (uvic uplands route) has a detour in effect? I couldn’t find anything about it on the twitter/website but I waited 30 mins just now for a bus and none showed up. The 11 tilicum buses showed but I’m just confused. Thanks
