Gym and Group Training for EN Speakers

I'm looking to sign up for a gym, mostly because I want to do group trainings such as Yoga, TRX, ... but I don't speak Lithuanian. Do these Lemon Gym, Gym+, Impulse, and the others accept non-Lithuanian people? If you have other suggestions for Yoga, ... on other places that would also be good.
