Brain zaps when it wares off?

Does anyone else get brain zaps at night when their medication wears off at the end of the night? It’s happened two nights in a row and it’s really annoying. The only ever gotten this symptom with an antidepressant I took for my migraines in high school. (Amitriptyline.)
