[Orient] Buying for groomsmen, want to include different strap

Follow-up to my previous post! Thanks for all the advice, I decided to get my groomsmen the orient RA-TX0203S10B.

As part of the gift, I would like to include a more casual strap to use if they prefer! I have never purchased a strap for any of my watches. Are there typical brands that people gravitate towards? What color do you recommend? Is there a “style” of strap that would be best?
