Unauthorized Access Attempt

I saw this in the morning, I was sleeping when this happened and I do not use an Apple product. Should I be worried? I have a unique password, biometrics to logins as well as Google Authenticator. Is there any chance they could have got my password? All of my passwords are secured in a password manager, the password manager being secured by a complex unique password AND 2FA.

I "blocked' this device as suggested by WS and changed my password to b safe.

Has this happened to anyone else before?
