OMG Shoes (... stores in NYC?)

Anyone have recommendations for stores to shop for wedding shoes in New York City? I've tried DSW, some options but not a lot there, and Macy's, which had nothing in stock. Would prefer not to buy online - have already bought and tried a few pairs that don't work and it's very cumbersome to do returns every time. Would like to keep shoe budget under $200 so no super-high-end designer stuff.
