Received a package with 10+ packs of spaghetti and a pineapple

I didn't open it at first and left it at my door wondering if the delivery guy made a mistake. It was still here the next day so I opened it to find this. I don't know who sent it and I for sure didn't order a year's worth of pasta and a random pineapple.
